Our goal is to take an effective and innovative approach to respond to social issues with-in affordable housing and at risk communities. Our focus is to educate, support and empower these communities, by providing activities, services and programs for families to gain important skills and resources right at their doorstep, that otherwise would not be available. These include self, sufficiency, book clubs, workforce assistance, variety of needs resources, programs and activities that encourage engagement and socialization, Crime Watch Meetings/Resident Liaison and more.
Our efforts is to effectively assist and support residents in enhancing the quality of their daily lives, we work with them to encourage them to participate in and all services that we provide. We do this by providing residents with information about access to local services and resources that can assist them in pursuing opportunities and achieving life objectives. Our Resident Coordinator is an integral part of the housing and property team and plays a critical role in the overall positive maintenance of the property for the enjoyment of its residents and the respect of its neighbors.
Community Food Baskets are not just for Thanksgiving and holidays. This is a family resource our families can receive throughout the year.
